Stormcloud coaster

“This simple pinwheel coaster, easily knit in an evening, makes a beautiful resting spot for a mug of warm tea on a rainy night.
The shape is inspired by the storm clouds in Jane Austen’s Classic Sense and Sensibility, which serve as an important character in the story, propelling Marianne, inadvertedly, towards Captain Brandon.”
I knitted this coaster in an afternoon, it was fun to do, but not too easy for me.

The yarn is a merino  : Koigu Painter’s Palette Premium, I purchased at wonderful Loop London.
This yarn is super soft and nice to work with. I adore the colours !
